Turbo kit
Knowing that in order for me to make big power with my engine, I would need to go to the darkside... Turbo.
I did allot of soul searching on this one. There are allot of turbo kits on the market these days. Some look like crap but work, some look awesome but are crap and a few are both great looking and well performing.
What I wanted was something that was made to the highest quality, looked awesome and performed extremely well.
After countless hours of searching on the Internet I found Full-Race. It was my prime candidate. The design that they use is known as a “Ram Horn” manifold. They are very good manifolds that have been proven to make power. But then I found …
The HyTech Turbo kit. It just looks soooooo sexy and the construction is flawless.
The Manifold is made entirely out of 321 stainless steel. It has a double slip-fit merge collector and a Wastegate priority design that makes boost control easy and accurate.
Here are some pictures of my kit as it was going though the build process.

This shot
shows the basic layout of the manifold, down pipe and dump tube. The dump tube layout has since been changed.

What you see here is the Laminova liquid to air intercooler, charge pipe and blow off valve.

Here is another angle from the tranny side.

This is what it looks like from directly over the tranny.
